New Product Launch: Brand-new PC Soft Light Corrugated Sheets Officially Released

      Recently, Baoding Xinhai New Materials has officially launched its self-developed new product — PC Soft Light Corrugated Sheets. Made of high-purity virgin polycarbonate raw materials with patented soft light structure and double-sided anti-UV co-extrusion technology, this product effectively solves common defects of traditional daylighting sheets such as harsh glare, high indoor temperature, easy yellowing and water leakage. It integrates soft eye-friendly light transmission, excellent impact resistance, flame retardancy, long-term weather resistance and energy-saving heat insulation, widely suitable for factory buildings, sunrooms, carports, greenhouses, municipal canopies and other scenarios. It fills the market gap of high-end soft daylighting building materials and leads the quality upgrading trend of architectural daylighting materials.

      Adopting the staggered corrugated design with frosted flat surface and transparent inclined surface, the exclusive light adjustment structure completely eliminates strong light glare of ordinary daylighting panels. Under direct strong sunlight at noon, the frosted layer softly filters intense light and lets in gentle soft light, avoiding harsh sunshine and overheating indoors. In the morning and evening, oblique sunlight can pass through transparent surfaces efficiently with maximum light transmittance up to 90%. It realizes even soft daylighting all day long, creating warm and comfortable indoor light environment and greatly reducing air conditioning power consumption, balancing natural lighting and constant temperature energy saving perfectly.       Manufactured with brand-new virgin PC particles without recycled materials, it owns superior physical properties over conventional daylighting building materials. Reinforced by corrugated structure, the strength of 1.2mm soft light corrugated sheet equals that of 2mm solid PC sheet, while 1.5mm specification is comparable to 3mm solid sheet. Its impact resistance is 300 times that of ordinary glass and 30 times that of acrylic sheet, so it is not easy to crack or damage under hail, heavy snow and typhoon weather with high safety performance. Featuring self-extinguishing and flame-retardant performance, it will not burn or drip toxic molten substances in high temperature, providing better fire safety than common resin tiles. Equipped with thickened double-sided UV-resistant coating, it can resist sunlight aging effectively with outdoor service life over 15 years. It stays free from yellowing, cracking and deformation under long-term sun exposure, and features anti-static, dust-proof and easy-to-clean features to keep clean and transparent appearance permanently.

        With unique wave lap sealing technology, it fits closely without water seepage and thoroughly solves roof leakage problems. Supplied in rolls with customizable length, it is easy to cut without material waste and simple to construct. It matches mainstream tile types including 840, 900 and 970 with complete thickness specifications, and supports customized colors such as transparent, lake blue, tea and gray to balance practicality and architectural aesthetics. Lightweight for easy transportation, it achieves 30-decibel sound insulation, and can work stably in the  temperature range from -40℃ to 120℃. Being eco-friendly, odor-free and recyclable, it fully conforms to national low-carbon green building material standards.
