The company operates six self-built modern fully automatic advanced production lines equipped with complete imported dedicated UV co-extrusion equipment. We have established a complete closed-loop industrial chain covering raw material selection, co-extrusion production, sheet deep processing, supporting accessories supply and finished product warehousing.
At the raw material end, we strictly select premium international-grade virgin PC pellets. Adopting mature surface anti-UV co-extrusion technology, a long-lasting UV protective layer is solidified on the sheet surface to effectively block ultraviolet radiation and slow yellowing and ageing of panels. We maintain an extensive and complete product portfolio, mainly supplying PC hollow sheets, solid polycarbonate sheets, daylighting tiles, translucent sheets, interlocking sheets, snap-lock sheets, PC canopy profiles and a full set of supporting hardware accessories. We also provide customized deep processing services including bending, special-shaped cutting, vacuum forming and thermoforming for solid PC sheets.
Our products are applicable to dozens of scenarios including modern agricultural greenhouses, architectural curtain wall daylighting, highway noise barrier projects, outdoor advertising light boxes, daylighting belts for industrial and mining workshops, courtyard star houses, carports & canopies, and daylighting roofs for livestock breeding.
