Sinhai manufactures some of the thickest polycarbonate sheets in the industry, with multiwall structures reaching up to 25mm in thickness. These heavy-duty sheets feature 3–5 layers of hollow chambers, designed for extreme thermal insulation (U-values as low as 1.5 W/(m²·K)) and structural rigidity. Ideal for industrial roofing, cold storage facilities, and greenhouses in harsh climates, the 25mm sheets can withstand snow loads up to 1.5 kN/m² and wind speeds of 120 km/h. Constructed from 100% virgin PC with dual-side UV protection, they maintain 70–75% light transmittance while offering soundproofing up to 30 dB. Sinhai’s 25mm sheets are certified under ISO 9001 and EN 16240, and they can be customized with anti-fogging coatings or fire-retardant treatments (GB 8624 B1-s1,d0).
