Weatherproof Mini Embossed Corrugated PC Sheet is a polycarbonate building panel developed with a miniature trapezoid wave shape and a tiny embossed surface pattern. The thickness is from 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm, it combines the light transmission (40%-70%) and effective sunshade. The co-extruded UV protection layer is 50 - 102 μm thick and is firmly attached to the sheet surface. Baoding Sinhai Sunboard Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is ISO 9001:2015, SGS, CE and RoHS certified.
The surface of the usual corrugated PC sheets is smooth, through which direct sunlight may pass. However, this might lead to glare and uneven bright patches under the cover. The tiny embossed pattern on this sheet diffuses incoming light across the covered surface, creating more diffused lighting and less concentrated bright zones.
The trapezoidal shape also gives structural stiffness without increasing the total weight and hence may be used for a wide variety of applications from lightweight canopies to more demanding roofing structures.

It is crafted from 100% virgin polycarbonate resin. For applications with tight raw material criteria, imported SABIC or Bayer material is also available.
The UV protection layer is co-extruded to permanently adhere to the surface of the sheet so it will not peel or wash off. The face with UV protection must be put externally toward the sun.
