Standard clear corrugated sheets are transparent, useful for roofing but not where privacy is important. This product has two structural characteristics on one sheet. The corrugated shape enhances stiffness and load-bearing capacities. The diamond embossed pattern diffuses the light flowing in, making it difficult to distinguish the forms behind the fence and lowering the ability to see through it by 40-60%.
You get 40-70% light transmission - adequate for bright, pleasant peripheral areas - without good sight lines. Flat clear corrugated sheets are either one or the other, not both.

This is a strong diamond embossed corrugated pc sheet privacy fence. Each sheet is made using UV co-extrusion technology. It is not a surface coating but a UV protection layer, fused directly into the surface of the product during extrusion. Minimum 50 microns. 101 microns maximum. Coatings added after may peel, a co-extruded layer can not be peeled from the substrate.
The main cause of yellowing and brittleness in PC fence is UV deterioration. During quality control, accelerated weathering testing at 1,000+ hours QUV is employed to monitor Yellowness Index and Delta E colour change across manufacturing batches.
For applications with tighter performance specifications, you may select 100% virgin polycarbonate resin or request premium imported SABIC or BAYER material.
Coastal residential borders Polycarbonate is corrosion resistant therefore ideal for salt spray and strong wind settings where steel or wood fencing may decay.
