The Baoding Sinhai Polycarbonate Awning Sheet is made for use in overhead applications that need long-term weather protection and structural stability. Resistance to impact for tough environments. At 850 J/m (Izod notched), the sheet can handle hail, falling objects, and high wind pressure without breaking. This makes it a good choice for areas that are prone to hurricanes and commercial canopies that get a lot of use.
The sheet has UV protection built right in. The 50µm co-extruded UV layer is not a surface coating; it is added during production. It stops rays shorter than 380nm, which protects both the sheet and the space below from UV damage. If the goods meets certain requirements, the guarantee lasts for up to 20 years.
It stays stable at a lot of different temperatures. From -40°C in the cold north to +120°C in the hottest parts of the world, the sheet keeps its shape and structural integrity without cracking or warping.
Following fire safety rules. The B1 grade under GB 8624 and the UL94 V-2 classification prove that the fire will go out on its own, which is what the building code says should happen in public-facing business and industrial buildings.
